At present, common mode inductors, high-power switching power supplies, sensors, transformers, inverters and other products can be made of amorphous and nanocrystalline materials, and the amount is large.
Amorphous and nanocrystalline materials are increasingly recognized for their high strength, high elasticity, high hardness, excellent soft magnetic and corrosion resistance. They are showing more and more broad application prospects in aerospace, weapon industry, precision instruments, electronic telecommunications, biomedicine, UPS, household appliances and other fields.
Its application field is still expanding. Photovoltaic, 5g base station, new energy vehicles and other markets also have their own places to play. It has become the preferred soft magnetic material for the application of charging pile products.
Compared with ferrite, amorphous products have the advantages of high permeability, high saturation magnetic field strength, the same size, the same number of turns, and generally much better impedance characteristics than manganese zinc ferrite. Even though the performance is superior, the high price of amorphous makes it difficult to completely replace ferrite products at present.
When selecting components and power supply manufacturers, they mostly select materials according to the demand of downstream terminal market for performance indicators.
Because many components of new energy vehicles need higher efficiency, metal magnetic particle core can not meet the test requirements of new energy vehicles, and amorphous products can just meet this performance requirement.
